Pleasure

I like to take photos of everyday life, dabble in portrait work, and landscapes. I have been trying out astrophotography as well. Aside from that, I like to roast my own coffee, sample various single origin brands when I come across them. I also like various teas like green, black, yellow from Japan and China and other regions as well.

Day Job Tech

Support for infrastructure software running on-prem or in AWS or Azure. VMware ESX, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SCCM (Patch Management, Bare-Metal Imaging, Software Distribution), Microsoft SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL are supported, as well as development of automation code and applications for supporting these platforms. Support also includes operating system management of Windows desktops/servers, Linux, MacOS and iPadOS as needed.

Coffee, Teas, and More

Single origin, blends, pour overs, moka pots, Aeropress, espresso, K-pods, or just a basic drip coffee maker, there are so many options for coffee. I roast my own beans, ordering green coffee beans and testing various roasting levels, from light to dark. I also enjoy black, yellow, and green teas from China, Japan, and other regions. I also like to share food posts. I like to try new cuisines, regional dishes when I can. I love BBQ and smoke meats when I can.

Photography

As an amateur photographer, I am always toting a camera. I mainly do photos for friends and family stuff. I also like doing street and landscape photography, as well trying to get into astrophotography. I have built up my kit with a Nikon DSLR, multiple lenses, and equipment for portrait photos, landscapes, and various lighting conditions. I am always looking to try new equipment and styles of post-processing with Lightroom and Photoshop.
