“City+ to FC: Big sweetness, unrefined sugars, apple, Asian pear, cinnamon, semi-sweet chocolate, juicy malic fruits. Great SO espresso.” -Sweet Maria’s

The initial taste has a sugary sweetness, with a slight hint of pear, however the finish lingers with hints of chocolate and spice, but is balanced nicely with the sweetness. The body is light but has a definite juiciness to it.

As the cup cools, the pear and cinnamon flavors are more pronounced, and the acidity is also a little more crisp. The chocolate tones have decreased slightly on the finish, because the spice and tartness are more evident. The syrupy mouthfeel continues to linger with each sip.
